What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours upon completion of your service. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund. If after the 24 hour window, we reserve the right to not offer a re-clean or a refund.
